About these terms
These terms govern purchases from Gilded Rascal at gildedrascal.com. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Please read the product description and these terms before ordering. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
Our product and your design
We sell personalized pet portrait fridge magnets measuring 6 × 8 cm (approximately 2.36 × 3.15 inches). Each uses your pet photo as the basis for a classical-style portrait with creative interpretation. You can request a seasonal theme or a gentle memorial treatment in the optional notes.
No design preview or approval round is included. You see the result when the magnet arrives. Photos on the website illustrate the style; your portrait will differ. Notes guide our work, but a specific requirement is guaranteed only if we expressly agree to it. We may contact you if a request or photo cannot be used. Screen and printed colors may vary; this does not excuse a materially misdescribed product.
Photo uploads and permissions
Upload a clear image you own or have permission to use. Avoid images containing people, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information. You retain your rights in your uploaded image and grant us permission to copy, crop, adapt and share it with service providers only as needed to create, fulfill and support your order. Placing an order does not grant permission to publish your photo or finished portrait in our advertising; we will request separate permission for that use. Do not submit illegal content or material that infringes another person's rights.
Placing an order
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract. Choose the product, upload your photo, add any optional notes, acknowledge the surprise-design approach and review your cart. Correct any errors before paying and retain your order confirmation. Contact us immediately about any error discovered afterwards. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled order.
Prices and payment
The currency and total payable are displayed before you confirm payment. Standard shipping to the United States is included. Applicable tax treatment is shown at checkout. Review the final amount before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion fees if your payment account uses another currency. No recurring subscription is created by buying a magnet.
Preparation and shipping
Preparation normally takes 5–10 calendar days after payment and receipt of a usable photo, followed by an estimated 3–4 calendar days in transit. See our Shipping Policy for details and delay options.
Cancellations and problems
Personalized products have the cancellation and change-of-mind limitations explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Those limitations do not remove remedies for damage, defects, incorrect items or other rights required by law.

Website use and mandatory rights
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or submit fraudulent orders. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory local protections, submit to binding arbitration or give up access to a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
