Shipping Policy

Delivery area and cost

We currently accept orders for delivery to the United States at addresses supported by checkout. Standard US shipping is included in the product price; no separate standard shipping charge applies.

Made-to-order preparation

Each magnet is personalized using your pet photo. Preparation normally takes 5–10 calendar days after we receive payment and a usable photo. If your photo is missing or unsuitable, we will contact you. Time spent waiting for the required information can affect your delivery estimate.

Shipping and estimated arrival

After dispatch, shipping normally takes another 3–4 calendar days. The combined estimated time is 8–14 calendar days once your order is ready to be worked on. Calendar days include weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date. Please do not rely on delivery by a particular holiday unless we expressly confirm it.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the stated preparation period, we will contact you with the revised estimate and give you the choice of agreeing to the delay or cancelling for a full refund of the unshipped order. If you do not agree to the delay, we will cancel and refund the unshipped order as required by applicable law. Contact us if a dispatched parcel is delayed or appears lost so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Address problems and damaged parcels

Please check your delivery address before ordering and contact us immediately if it needs changing. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, we will discuss available options and any reasonable redelivery cost with you before proceeding.
