Personalized products and change of mind

Our 6 × 8 cm pet portrait magnets are made individually from your photo. Except where applicable law gives you a right to cancel or return, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges once personalization has begun.

A surprise design

You commission our interpretation of your pet in our advertised classical, playful style. We do not provide a design proof or approval round; you discover the finished portrait on delivery. Optional notes guide the design but are not a promise to reproduce a particular composition or every requested detail. A preference for a different artistic interpretation alone is not a defect. This does not exclude remedies if the item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description or from a specific requirement we expressly accepted.

Cancellations and changes

Contact us as soon as possible. If design and production have not started, you may cancel for a full refund. Once work has started, a voluntary change-of-mind cancellation may not be possible. Statutory cancellation and refund rights, including rights for shipping delays, remain unaffected.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and, where reasonably possible, photos of the product and packaging. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, such as replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law. No short reporting deadline in this policy limits your statutory rights. If a return is necessary because of our error or a defect, we will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping costs. Contact us for instructions before mailing an item; do not use the sender address on a parcel as a return address without confirmation.

Missing orders and late dispatch

If an order appears lost, contact us so we can investigate. If we cannot dispatch within the stated period, our Shipping Policy explains your option to accept a delay or cancel for a refund.

Refunds

We issue refunds to the original payment method without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. An approved full-order refund includes the amount paid for that order.

Your legal rights

This policy supplements and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods. Any mandatory right that applies to your purchase takes precedence over a conflicting policy term.
